    Job Analysis – HSEQ ADVISOR

    Job location: Head Office Bracknell

    Reports to: Projects Director

    Hours: Part time/Full time

    Salary: Negotiable

    DUTIES:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To set up and manage support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and internal communication.
    • Monitor all incoming paperwork and update relevant registers including site inspections, waste transfers etc.
    • Communicate, track and monitor Health & Safety issues.
    • Prepare reports and statistics.
    • To monitor the accident reporting system.
    • To act as the company's main point of contact with regards to external Health & Safety providers, regarding the introduction or amendment of any systems, policies & company procedures. Ensure that these are effectively communicated throughout the organisation.
    • Carry out admin Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental Audits, investigations and complete relevant reports to ensure all company sites are adhering to the company's policies & procedures.
    • Maintain all ISO accreditations.
    • Ensure the well-being and safety of all customers and colleagues in the actions and decisions taken.
    • Must be responsible for working in accordance with the Company's quality procedures, security requirements and suggesting improvements where necessary.

    Qualifications/Training:

    • IOSH or other H&S qualifications beneficial but not essential
    • All training can be provided.
    • A Level Education preferred.
    • Intermediate Word, Excel skills
    • Clean UK driving license essential

    Skills

    • Experience of working in an administrative environment
    • Experience working in a Telecommunications environment is Highly Desirable
    • Good communication skills both oral and written.
    • Good working knowledge of using Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheets, Outlook and developing PowerPoint presentations.
    • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
