Miryco Consultants are working with a well respected specialist Insurance Broker, assisting in the search for a Risk Manager to work directly alongside the 'Head of' and CRO.

Responsibilities:

Leading the business partnering approach of the entire UK broking team.
Direct line responsibility for leading the risk managers aligned to Global Speciality, Reinsurance, and associated central functions
Individual technical and business partnering responsibilities.
Direct support to the Head of Risk (UK Broking).

Experience:

Extensive experience working within the ERM/Operational Risk team of an Insurance Broker.
Management experience desirable but not essential.
Excellent stakeholder management and partnering skills.
Experience building effective working relationships with business areas.
