Training and Talent Acquisition Lead.

Has been a successful Recruitment Consultant with experience of developing new business within a commercial recruitment company (Any Sector)
Resilient, selfmotivated, and proactive
Ability to plan and deliver training sessions in line with the needs of the business
Always searching for new ideas and approaches
Professional, trustworthy, patient, and an excellent relationship builder
Ability to multitask with strong verbal and written communication skills
Builds relationships easily with key individuals across the business including Senior Managers and Managers at all levels
Willing to work out of hours in line with the needs of recruiting future talent
Ability to work to deadlines through effective management of workload
Willing to have commercially sensitive conversations
Drives and willing to travel

Terms of employment:

Fulltime
Base Office location: Brighton
Expectation of travel to the Supply Desk branch offices (2 to 3 days per week) to deliver the training and the EPG offices (London, Skipton & Sheffield) to develop materials.
