- Maintenance and Upgrades: Performing regular maintenance, upgrades, and modifications to existing systems to improve efficiency and address issues.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation such as system diagrams, user manuals, and technical specifications.
- Collaboration: Working closely with other engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of BMS with other building systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with building automation systems, BMS software, and control system design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Familiarity with HVAC, lighting, security, and other building systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.
