As a Sub Agent at Kier, you will collaborate with the Southwest Environment Agency team under the Collaborative Delivery Framework. Kier acts as the Principal Contractor in this role.
Responsibilities include organizing kick-off meetings, preparing pre-commencement documentation like Method Statements, Environmental and Quality Plans, Construction programmes, procurement, and design deliverable schedules.
You will work closely with the Agent and Section Foreman to assign labor, plant, materials, and temporary works to ensure activities are completed to the required standards, timeline, and budget.
You will oversee the site engineering team, taking charge of the performance and development of site and Section Engineers.Key Requirements:
