We are currently in the final stages of acquiring an automotive recruitment company with large established clients throughout the UK, so looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to come in and build and develop a desk within the automotive sector, with a focus on EV.

This role will provide a fast track to leadership when building your own team of consultants in the future; which is an integral part to our growth at Select Offshore.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of winning new business and growing accounts, be capable of managing their own time, and have the ability to proactively cross sell.

Be responsible for business development on our automotive division
Lead executive search projects across the globe
Attend networking events, business trips and customer meetings
Mentor, coach & develop a team of Delivery Consultants, Junior Consultants, etc. Someone who has previously won clients and grown the accounts, or broken into other areas of the business
Someone who is highly competitive, with a proven record of billing
Excellent people and relationship building skills
Be able to bring energy to the office every day
