About you


You may be talented Recruiter keen to work in a more autonomous adult environment, or you could also be a developing sales/business development professional ready for a new and exciting challenge with a small but growing recruitment practice.


This diverse and interesting consulting remit entails:

  • Proactive and strategic business development and networking
  • Create and maintain relationships to C-Level in organisations ranging from SME's to corporate/C-Level
  • Conduct talent mapping exercises to ensure a relevant available pipeline of talent is available
  • Help create, manage, and monitor effectiveness of social media posts relevant to the industry
  • Experience of recruiting, either direct staff or for third parties preferred but not essential
  • Resourcing or recruitment consultancy experience preferred but not essential
  • B2B sales/business development experience 2 years plus but keen to take your career in a new direction
  • You must be a fast learner with excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • You will be resilience, determination, driven and ambitious
  • You will have a stable, progressive career history to date
  • Comfortable working from Glasgow city center office (with flexible working)
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

What's on offer


A highly competitive basic salary for a new consultant of up to
£35,000 per annum plus genuine and 'realistic'
uncapped commission enabling you to double, if not treble basic salary.

£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
