About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Medical Director to provide medical support across all Medical Affairs activities, including activities supporting Clinical Development and Early Access Program divisions at Bionical Emas.
What will your job look like?
- Provide medical support as a Medical Monitor for Phase I-IV clinical trials supporting Clinical Development projects (some limited out of business hours responsibilities may occasionally be required
- Provide medical review of SAE/ICSRs and DSURs for a range of different clients and products, working with the pharmacovigilance group
- Provide medical support as a Medical Approver for patient eligibility requests for Early Access Programs (EAPs) (some limited out of business hours responsibilities may occasionally be required)
- Provide medical support as the Medical Expert Reviewer providing medical/technical review of promotional and educational materials for Medical Affairs pharma clients, once necessary training has taken place and if required
- Provide medical support on new Clinical Development and EAPs proposals based on experience and potentially also on bid defence teams as supported by your Line Manager
- Any other reasonable medical/clinical task as approved by your Line Manager
- Provide medical/clinical input to various functions within the organisation as required by your Line Manager
- Provide medical support on proposals and bid defences
- Contribute to the Company mission and vision
What will you need to succeed?
- GMC registered (ideally with license to practise)
- Bachelor of Medicine or Bachelor of Surgery (recognised Medical Degree)
- Not essential, but preferred
- MRCP or Accreditation in a Medical Specialty
