Customer Service Advisor

£23,042 + Bonus = £25,000 - £28,000 per annum

HYBRID - Office based in Central Bristol & home working (after training)

The Job:


This is very much a customer service role (not a sales role), as Enrolment Course Advisor you will be calling existing staff who are working for the company's prestigious clients across the UK.

These staff are potential learners who have expressed an interest in signing up for a specific government funded apprenticeship / training programme/ qualification across a variety of industry sectors.

You will be talking with potential learners at all stages of their career from entry level to management.


Day to day you will talk with the potential learners to discuss the programme they have selected and confirm their eligibility for the funding and if they meet the criteria get them signed up and connect with the Regional Trainer.


Each call can take between 15 / 30 minutes, you will be gathering information consultatively and explain details of the course available.

You will work to productivity targets to include learner sign ups per day, given the number of warm enquiries this is being over achieved.


It's a fun environment, incentive based and very sociable.

The Person:


You will come from a customer service background and enjoy talking to people and interested in discussing a variety of apprenticeship programmes / qualifications.

Whilst you will be given full training you must enjoy building a rapport, providing a first class service and achieving KPIs.


The Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (45 min lunch + paid breaks)

The Location:
HYBRID - Mix of office / home working (after training)
