Hobson Prior is seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior/Principal HTA Statistician to join our team in Wokingham.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply innovative statistical approaches to solve novel data challenges and lead projects ensuring efficient project management, compliance, and high-quality deliverables.

You will have the chance to contribute to improving healthcare through medicine by analysing clinical trial data, providing statistical consultancy, and mentoring junior colleagues.

Apply innovative statistical approaches to solve novel data challenges.
Lead projects, ensuring efficient project management, compliance, and high-quality deliverables.
Analyse phase III clinical trial data to support HTA submissions.
Plan, analyse, and visualise observational and real-world data.
Support systematic literature reviews, data extraction, and analysis.
Critically appraise quality and reliability of data sources to support HTA decision-making.
Mentor junior colleagues.
Contribute to internal training initiatives, process improvement and business development.
Awareness of regulatory standards, ICH/GCP guidelines, and HTA regulations.
Proficiency in statistical programming languages (SAS and/or R).
Willingness to learn, proactive, self-motivated, flexible.
Ability to work effectively across cultures.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
