A Role You Will Love
This is an occasion where you can make a real positive impact in our customers lives. We're seeking experienced customer service providers, with a contact centre background, who are brilliant at engaging with customers to join our Collections Customer Assistance team. You'll be trained to provide effective collections support to help customers manage their mortgage payments, dealing with a range of queries and requests quickly and effectively.
No two calls will be the same, you could be speaking to customers at any stage in the collections process. You'll assist by understanding their needs and providing a long-term solution, you will be helping them on their road to financial recovery. While you may start as a collector, we support your progression and growth through continuous development and structured career pathways.

We require you to be fully flexible for our shifts in this telephony-based role. Our regular operating hours are between 8 am – 8 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am – 1 pm Saturday. At month end, when we have our highest call volumes, your hours may occasionally be extended to 9 am - 4 pm on Saturday and 10 am – 3 pm on Sunday & Bank Holidays. On occasion you may be expected to work shifts of up to 11 hours, but you'll never exceed your contracted hours across the rolling month.
