Located centrally within the business, your primary role will be to enhance the profitability of your product portfolio, emphasizing sustainable long-term growth, enhanced efficiencies, and superior customer experiences.
During this transitional phase, this position offers an exceptional opportunity to pioneer a distinctive initiative aimed at industry leadership within the Heating & Plumbing sector.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop a focused, agile B2B business strategy to drive long-term sales and profit growth both in-store and online.
Utilize strong analytical and data-driven decision-making processes.
Stay informed of shifts in consumer demands and competitor activities.
Establish a robust sourcing strategy to secure quality products that meet customer requirements.
Cultivate and manage supplier relationships to foster high-performance, sustainable partnerships.
Foster a customer-centric, long-term mindset.

Candidate Requirements:
