About the Role:


The Energy Unit, specifically the Power, Process & Nuclear division are recruiting for a Contract Administrator to join our growing team where you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects ranging from defence to nuclear new build.

This role is to support the client locally as well as the larger nuclear team based in the UK.

  • Maintaining good collaborative working relationships clients
  • Production of Response supporting documents; Estimates, Organisation Charts and Risk Registers.
  • Managing the governance reviews actions to approval
  • Task cost estimates for reimbursable and contracts.
  • Contract Management using CEMAR.
  • Tracking the performance of Contracts.
  • Actively participate in safety awareness/initiatives.
  • Preparation of Purchase Orders and invoice to supply chains.
  • Complying with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Active contribution to continuous improvement and ideas sharing across the project team.
  • Produce working instructions for key tasks.

About you:


  • Experience working in a fastpaced project environment
  • Experience of Project Control Procedures
  • Good working knowledge of CEMAR
  • Can demonstrate strong communication skills
  • Previous experience in junior project manager roles or QS roles would be preferable
