About Our Client:

This client is a luxury furniture manufacturer located in the heart of Chelsea, London. Their designs and craftsmanship have earned them a reputation for excellence in the industry.

They're are seeking a dynamic and polished Receptionist to join the team and serve as the first point of contact for their valued clients.

Key responsibilities for this luxury furniture receptionist position are:

  • Greeting and welcoming clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Assisting clients with inquiries and providing information about our furniture collections.
  • Managing incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintaining a neat and organised reception area.
  • Handling appointment scheduling and managing client appointments.
  • Collaborating with our team of 12 designers to address technical queries from clients.
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Assisting with data entry and basic administrative tasks.
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments for the showroom team.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Previous experience in a furniture design or showroom environment.
  • Ability to work Monday
  • Friday, 10am to 6pm.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A professional and wellgroomed appearance.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software and equipment.
  • A passion for luxury furniture and interior design.
