Our client is a leading international law firm with offices across United States, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. They have low turnover, a great culture where staff feel valued.

The Role:

Job Title: Senior Bid Executive

Salary:£50,000 - £55,000

Location: Central London (3 days in office)

Benefits: 25 days AL, 6% Pension, full Health/Medical cover

In this role, you will be responsible for:

This role supports one of the firms industry groups, to drive their business development and marketing efforts through pitching and proposals. You will handle creation, strategy, editing and presentation of pitches, including capability statements and other client facing marketing materials.

Day to day:

• Supporting the industry group on complex pitches.
• Project managing and delivering on some end-to-end opportunities,
• Assisting in identifying winning strategies and drafting persuasive key sales messages
• Co-ordinating and managing inputs from a variety of stakeholders.
• Drafting, editing, formatting and producing response documents
• Supporting's preparation of client presentations.
• Reporting on client engagement and other proposal related reports
• Updating and tracking proposals on CRM

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Excellent drafting and writing ability
• Attention to detail and organisational skills
• Experience in a partnership environment and in a similar role
• Ability to liaise with people at all levels
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and willingness to approach senior partners and lawyers with new concepts and ideas.
• Self-starter, proactive, ability to pick up information quickly and have the confidence to challenge, and take a robust commercial stance where required
