Your tasks:

• Further development and operationof database systems at Forschungszentrum Jülich
• Project-related development of software systems in agileteams
• Conception of new applications andworkflows and their implementation
• Closecollaboration with the developers at RWTH Aachen University and theother Helmholtz centers
• Planning, setting upand managing Windows and Linux systems, communication systems andsoftware

Your profile:

• Completed scientific universitydegree (Master's degree) in computer science or mathematics orcomparable qualification
• Experience inback-end and front-end development (full-stack web development)
• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, , C#
• Interest in virtualization solutions withcontainers is an advantage
• Practicalexperience in software development projects, preferably in an opensource environment
• Ability to workcooperatively
• Good command of written andspoken English
