    Assistant General Manager inWimbledon HybridFitness

    Full or parttime hours available 12.50 per hour plus ability to PT ontop

    TheRole

    We are looking for Assistantmanagers with a can do attitude a growth mindset and an eye fordetail . An obvious passion for all things fitness will need toshine through all you do.

    Youll be a quicklearner ready to get their hands dirty. This is an incrediblyinvolved role within a fast growing company. A desire to growalongside the company is amust

    Responsibilities of this rolewill include but not be limitedto:

    Managing Promotional/salesactivity

    Executing a daily salesplan

    Supporting members with their questions andqueries

    Supporting and developing ateam

    General gym cleaning andupkeep

    Safety and compliancechecks

    Membershipadministration

    If you hold an Level3 Personal training qualification duties may alsoinclude:

    Teachingclasses

    Managing 121 member check inappointments

    As a level 3 qualified trainer wewill support you in running a personal training business withinHybrid fitness outside of the hours of your employed role. earnedthrough personal training is uncapped. Should you wish to run apersonal training business outside of your employed role a PTagreement would be signed alongside your contract ofemployment.

    Knowledge of health and safetylegislation is desirable

    NVQ Level 3 PersonalTraining certification is desirable
