    Job Description:

    Location: London

    As the Sales Development Director for the EMEA region, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Sales Development team to drive revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, developing sales strategies, and fostering relationships with potential customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coach, guide and motivate a diverse team of SDR Managers and SDRs across the EMEA region, ensuring they meet and exceed targets.
    • Develop and implement effective sales development strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue generation in alignment with company objectives.
    • Establish and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) to track the performance of the sales development team and drive continuous improvement.
    • Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on lead generation and pipeline development efforts.
    • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to SDRs to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
    • Prepare and present regular reports and updates on sales development activities, pipeline performance, and key metrics.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 1 year experience leading an EMEA SDR org (2 years desired).
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales development, business development, or related roles, preferably in the technology industry.
    • Proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing SDR teams across EMEA
    • Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation strategies, and pipeline management.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under pressure.
