We are seeking a motivated Management Trainee to join our team.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop leadership skills and gain experience in various aspects of business operations.


Duties:


  • Participate in training sessions to learn about the company's operations, products, and services
  • Assist with analyzing sales data and market trends to develop effective strategies
  • Collaborate with different departments to understand their functions and contribute to projects
  • Shadow experienced managers to learn about leadership and decisionmaking processes
  • Support sales teams in achieving targets and building customer relationships
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar tools for data management and reporting

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,779.90 per year
