This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading Science and Research organisation who due to continued growth, are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their team in Stevenage on a permanent basis.
You will join a team of 15 and work closely withProject Managers to support the successful completion of numerous projects within the business.

The client is a market leading organisation within the Science and Research sector and due to continued growth, their Project Management team has expanded significantly, and they are now currently recruiting for a Junior Project Manager to join on a permanentbasis.
Description
As a Junior Project Manager your key responsibilities will be:
- Support Project Managers in liaising with the project team representatives to capture key project information to inform project planning, initiation and execution
- Document management, maintaining system architecture in Sharepoint
- Liaise with Project leads to draft meeting agendas that are realistic and circulated in advance to inform attendance
- Capture concise and accurate meeting minute, actions and decisions in a timely manner
- Collation, compilation and improved formatting of slide and papers for governance forums
- Ensure project information is entered into systems and databases, and all data is accurate and updated in a timely manner
- Support project team representatives to generate, compile and disseminate information in a clear, understandable and accurate manner
- Ensure project team meetings are productive, liaising with Project Leaders to set agendas and circulating prereads in advance
- Monitors the progress of the projects and identifies and escalates issues that may compromise delivery
Profile
The ideal Junior Project Manager will ideally:
- Have strong administration and project coordination skills
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be able to commute to Stevenage and London twice a week
- Have willingness to work within a team at pace and within a quickly evolving environment
- Proficient using Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Have experience of project management administration and an understanding of project stages
- Interest or education within Life Sciences
- Ideally experience working within a regulated industry
