Description
Senior Risk Analyst is urgently required within a rapidly expanding Specialty Insurer.


You will be a key member of the Group Risk Management team, and will have an opportunity to build on your existing Risk Management experience within a highly complex and dynamic environment.


What you'll be doing:

  • Lead in operational risk and control assessment processes
  • Provide guidance on quantative risk and underwriting risk challenges.
  • Develop and maintain the Risk Management Information Systems
  • Contribute to production of annual Own Risk and Solvency (ORSA) reports.
  • Monitor and report key risk indicators (KRI) across the organisation, including identifying mitigating actions
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, including updating risk appetite statements and risk & control registers

What experience you'll bring:

  • At least 3 years experience working in or around the Lloyd's and London insurance sector (either directly within the market or via a professional practice)
  • An awareness of Risk management regulatory requirements in the UK
  • An awareness of Risk Management related legislation, policies, key standards of compliance and procedures
  • An understanding of the principles of effective ERM


You'll be joining at a pivotal time, this organisation have recently bought a new office and are planning to expand their company profile extensively in the next 3 years.
