- Support improvements in Group wide recruitment outcomes including increasing number of quality applicants, reducing time to hire, reducing agency requirements and reducing recruitment dropout rates.
- Support for the development and implementation of a range of Recruitment initiatives using an evidence-based approach and ensuring a direct return on investment to ensure strategic growth and achievement.
- Work with Group leaders to deliver on recruitment needs in a highly professional, timely and responsive manner.
- Highly motivated professional with experience in all aspects of recruitment, attraction and retention processes.
- Experience of working within the education sector is desirable.
- Good organisational skills with ability to organise own workload and able to work collaboratively within a team.
- Good standard of computer literacy and have knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to include; communication, adaptability and flexibility.
- Minimum GCSE grade 4 / C in English & Maths or equivalent.
- Business Administration qualification is desirable.
- You will be comfortable talking and engaging with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Be a highly organised, collaborative and enthusiastic team player.
- You will have a keen interest in our industry and willing to undergo further training and development.
- You will be ambitious and want to drive to maintain our high standards.
