    Duties:

    • Supporting quality, best practice and timely recruitment services to the SHCG group with a strong customer focus.
    • Support improvements in Group wide recruitment outcomes including increasing number of quality applicants, reducing time to hire, reducing agency requirements and reducing recruitment dropout rates.
    • Support for the development and implementation of a range of Recruitment initiatives using an evidence-based approach and ensuring a direct return on investment to ensure strategic growth and achievement.
    • Work with Group leaders to deliver on recruitment needs in a highly professional, timely and responsive manner.

    Skills/Experience:

    • Highly motivated professional with experience in all aspects of recruitment, attraction and retention processes.
    • Experience of working within the education sector is desirable.
    • Good organisational skills with ability to organise own workload and able to work collaboratively within a team.
    • Good standard of computer literacy and have knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to include; communication, adaptability and flexibility.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum GCSE grade 4 / C in English & Maths or equivalent.
    • Business Administration qualification is desirable.
