- Solid hands-on Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience in a high-end, fresh food kitchen.
- Excellent fresh food knowledge and a passion for locally sourced produce.

Our client, a stunning luxury hotel and gastro pub operation, is looking for a highly skilled, hands-on, passionate Sous Chef with strong quality fresh food experience to assist in the running of their popular operation based in the New Forest area of Hampshire. With their impressive offerings showcasing their collection of mouth-watering dishes created from fresh locally sourced seasonal produce, this operation offers a true taste of Hampshire from field to fork.
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be a natural leader with a huge passion for creating high-end dishes from locally sourced seasonal produce and get a real kick out of coaching, motivating and developing your team leading them on to even greater success All whilst ensuring that customer satisfaction and quality standards are of paramount priority.
