    We have an excellent opportunity for an IT Application Support Specialist at our head offices, Cowick Hall in East Yorkshire. As a key role within the Group Applications team, the Application Support Specialist is responsible for the technical and end user support of the Group Forecast & Replenishment Planning software (Logility / Voyager). You will also ensure that global sites are supported with best practices via support, monitoring, and training. You will get to work with a variety of software such as QLIK dashboards and will work within the global SAP team, aligning changes and improvements with the Supply Chain team and wider IT & business teams.

    Essentials:

  • You musthave good attention to detail and be able to balance multiple tasks /priorities with specific deadlines
  • You will have the ability to innovate and influence others to seeimprovements through to completion
  • You will be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • You will have knowledge of master data & technical interfaces
  • Educated todegree level or equivalent experience
  • Desirables:

  • SAP experience in Material & Production Planning master data
  • Prior knowledge of manufacturing, production planning & forecasting
  • Have previous experience in a support environment
  • Experience in companies manufacturing to GMP Standards
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Experience in analytics / dashboarding
