    Programme Lead

    Permanent

    Theale/Hybrid- 3 days per week onsite

    We are looking for a Programme Lead for a telecom infrastructure service provider based at Theale. You should have experience with ADC ( Acquisition, Design, Construction) within telecom industry.

    Experience requires for this role?

    · Significant experience of leading programmes within telecom industry

    · ADC experience ( Acquisition, Design, Construction) within telecom industry

    · Ability to drive cultural change and mindset shift within the organisation

    · Ability to identify core issues and establish resolutions and new ways of working

    · Experience of managing relationships with senior stakeholders, internal and external on a day-to-day basis

    · Practical experience in senior positions of the definition, resourcing and execution of [strategic] programs

    · Detailed experience of preparing project and program baselines and underlying detailed plans

    · Practical experience of setting up and running real-time reporting and delivery management systems for major programs

    · Experience of financial management (cost and benefits) in complex programs

    · Practical experience of setting up and managing risk management systems

    · Practical experience of coaching and educating in a business wide project and program management environment

    · Familiarity with program management professional standards such as Prince 2 or MSP
