We are assisting this excellent and well established firm in their search for a litigation solicitor who is keen to specialise in contentious probate. This litigation solicitor will be based from the Bristol office, but some hybrid working can be discussed. The successful litigation solicitor will be specialising in contentious probate and has the opportunity to work an excellent team and highly regarded partner.

The successful solicitor will be working on a litigated caseload of contentious probate, trusts, inheritance act claims and cohatibation/TOLATA disputes.

We are looking for a solicitor who is NQ - 4 to manage their own caseload and develop relationships with clients. Ideally, you will have experience in contentious probate, but if this is as part of a wider litigation caseload, please still apply.

This is an excellent role for someone who is looking to work on a quality work load with some highly experienced partners. You will be able to learn a lot and work your way up the career ladder here. You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload and assist on more high value, complex claims.
