    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Working as part of a collaborative team specialising in Apple-centric technical solutions for HE (Higher Education) customers across the UK.
    • Handling and qualifying inbound calls and queries, with excellent customer service levels.
    • Helping customers speak to the right department and people within the business.
    • Delivery excellent customer service in a friendly and informative way, with new and existing customers.
    • Generating and updating quotations against inbound email requests, including processing relevant Framework requests and associated orders.
    • Assisting with enquiries post-order such as delivery ETA, order tracking, warranty returns etc.
    • Proactively working with data from our internal systems and partner portals to help deliver a high level of customer satisfaction, for example producing reports and liaising with our distributors to expedite outstanding orders etc.

    Working hours are 9am until 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (excludes Bank Holidays).

    This is an office-based role at HQ in Manchester.
