My client are looking for a bookkeeper to undertake a number of duties associated with the business


These include:

Invoicing; Payments; On line Bank management; Payroll; Liaising with Company Pension provider; Liaising with Accountant; VAT returns; Orderingsupplies; Day to day management of the office Skills required are: Proficient with Quickbooks software; Working knowledge of Excel and Word.

Experience in dealing with Payroll, VAT returns, and on line banking systems. There are about 11 people in the businessat the minute and they offer a relaxed working environment. The role would be based in their office on the outskirts of St. Albans. The person currently in this role has been with us for many years now but is relocating.

Presently, they carry out all of theirduties on a part time basis so we would be keen to continue this format.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who can provide around hours per week.

This could be based on (say) 3 full days per week or a more flexible approach - such as working to suitschool hours etc.

Salary will be based on experience etc.
