  • A working knowledge of JIRA is essential to the role.
  • Proven experience as a digital Product Owner or similar role, preferably in an agile software development environment.
  • Experience in delivering at least 1 government project to either GDS; SAtSD; or Digital Scotland service standards.
  • Strong understanding of digital product development methodologies, such as agile or scrum.
  • Demonstrable ability to define and communicate product vision, strategy and roadmaps to varied audiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Awareness and familiarity with Project and Programme management principles
