- Assist in interior design projects for our clients, contributing from concept development to project completion.
- Work closely with clients to grasp their brand identity, vision, and business objec tives.
- Generate creative design ideas tailored to each project's specific needs.Help develop interior design plans, including space layouts, furniture choices, lighting arrangements, and material selections.
- Aid in ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time by collaborating with project management and construction teams.Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and design stan dards.
- Support business development efforts by building client relationships and identifying potential opportunities.
- Assist in overseeing work on-site and addressing contractor inquiries as needed.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, along with effective time management and multitasking abilities.Participate in regular client site visits to monitor project advancement.
- Proven experience in commercial office fit-out
- Proficiency in design software: Revit (mandatory)
- Exceptional communication skills.
- A portfolio showcasing a track record in commercial interior design.
- Strong knowledge of commercial design codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ability to inspire and mentor junior design team members.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
