HR Advisor (Employee Relations)
Location:
Hybrid working, home & minimum 3 days a week in Birmingham Business Park office
Salary:
Up to £36,000 per annum + Bonus
Working Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday

Participate as project team member on designated business and people projects as required in all areas of the businessStrong, all round people relations experience covering conduct and capability (e.g. disciplinary, grievance, absence, family related leave, flexible working, performance, and all organisational change (i.e. redundancy and TUPE)
Strong listening and communication skills both verbally and in writing
Strong relationship building and good coaching skills
Experience of working in a fast paced commercial environment
Good experience in building and sustaining effective relationships remotely at all levels
Proven knowledge of employment legislation and its application into people policies and processes
Good awareness and understanding of people wellbeing and initiatives to support this
Experience of providing people relations advice, guidance and support remotely in a multi-site environment
Experience of writing people policies and processes
