Transformation Lead (general insurance)
12 month contract
London
Day rate circa per day

We need a General Insurance - Transformation Lead.
- deep process experience/knowledge (lean six sigma etc)
- experience in financial services
- consultancy experience with a business focussed outcome

It will be London/hybrid based and it is to start asap essentially. Expected to last 12 months.


What qualifications might I need or have?

Ideally but not essential:


  • Understanding of General Insurance practices

Essential

  • Experience of delivering process improvement initiatives in Financial Services
  • Understanding of process optimisation techniques such as Lean / Six Sigma / Systems Thinking
