    Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our reputable client, to recruit for a Customer support administrator to join their team in Newry.

    The Customer Support Administrator will act as the main point of contact for clients, both new and existing via telephone and email.

    In addition, The Customer support administrator will help answer any general queries and direct customers to the right department where applicable.

    They will also carry out various administrative duties alongside data entry.
    The right candidate will have strong IT skills and be passionate about providing excellent customer service.

    This is an ideal role for someone coming from a customer service background that would want the opportunity to progress and develop with a company.

    Our client offers great company benefits and a rotating rota.

    The hours of work for this role are Monday - Friday – 1700, with rotational Weekend shifts of – 1230 and – 1600.
