Excellent opportunity for a Customer Services Administrator to join a large successful business in Runcorn.This position is an office based role, reporting to the Customer Services Supervisor.
- Working hours Monday to Thursday 08:4 17:00 with an early finish 15:45 on Fridays

- Support the Sales team with day to day administrative duties
- Taking orders from customers and assisting them with any queries
- Liaise with the customer to update them with orders progress
- Collate all documents required to support the export/shipping process
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure shipments go out correctly
- Build excellent rapport with Sales teams and other departments within the business
- Previous experience working in a Customer Services Administration role
- Excellent communication skills
- Builds strong business relationships easily
- Manufacturing/Production industry knowledge (Advantageous)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Hardworking with honesty and integrity
- Highly proficient IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, with a keen eye for detail.

£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
