Excellent opportunity for a Customer Services Administrator to join a large successful business in Runcorn.

This position is an office based role, reporting to the Customer Services Supervisor.

  • Working hours Monday to Thursday 08:4 17:00 with an early finish 15:45 on Fridays

The duties of the Customer Services Administrator will include the following:

  • Support the Sales team with day to day administrative duties
  • Taking orders from customers and assisting them with any queries
  • Liaise with the customer to update them with orders progress
  • Collate all documents required to support the export/shipping process
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure shipments go out correctly
  • Build excellent rapport with Sales teams and other departments within the business
The successful Customer Services Administrator will have the following skills/attributes

  • Previous experience working in a Customer Services Administration role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Builds strong business relationships easily
  • Manufacturing/Production industry knowledge (Advantageous)
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Hardworking with honesty and integrity
  • Highly proficient IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, with a keen eye for detail.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
