    The Role

    We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Commercial Manager to drive the commercial growth of our innovative and rapidly expanding company. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-growth start-up environment and make a substantial impact in a diverse and hands-on commercial position. As the Commercial Manager, you will be instrumental in boosting revenue, managing key accounts, and supporting our market expansion efforts.

    What you will be doing:

    • Account Management: Identify new sales opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts. Conduct regular client reviews to evaluate performance, address concerns, and uncover growth prospects.
    • Account Retention & Expansion: Proactively manage client relationships to drive upselling and expansion, contributing to revenue growth.
    • Commercial Performance: Analyze data to enhance business and account performance, identifying trends and insights to optimize commercial strategies.
    • Business Development: Explore new business opportunities through market analysis and collaborate with the sales team to acquire new customers and expand market reach.
    • Commercial Projects: Support key commercial initiatives such as Pricing, Revenue Operations, and CRM Optimization under the guidance of the CCO.
    • Customer-centric approach: Collaborate with the Customer Success team to understand evolving customer needs and identify cross-selling opportunities.

    The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring:

    • Experience in client-facing roles like Management Consultancy, Account Management, or Business Development.
    • Demonstrated success in revenue-generating positions with a significant impact on business performance.
    • Proven ability in managing external stakeholders, expanding key accounts, and fostering partnerships.
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders across all levels.
    • Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
    • Strategic thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
    • Initiative to identify opportunities and drive them from concept to execution.
    • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
