IT Service/Provider Management Expert(f/m/d) in the end-user environment

We offermultifaceted tasks

• You will focuson the holistic management of complex IT outsourcing contracts inaccordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Your task is to act as a central contact person withinKfW and vis-à-vis the IT service provider at a tactical andoperational level. As part of a team, you will manage the serviceprovider in the provision of services in accordance with thecontract.
• As the authority for allescalations, you are the central interface between the partiesinvolved. You identify challenges, evaluate them and quickly arriveat appropriate solutions.
• You always keep aneye on the strategic goals and manage the risks of outsourcing.
• Your responsibilities include implementingand developing the governance structure as well as ensuringappropriate reporting.
• You will alsooptimize the relevant KPIs, SLAs and reports.

What you bring with you

• You are well equipped for this role with auniversity degree in IT and telecommunications or banking orcomparable qualifications.
• Important foryour success is at least 5 years of sound experience in theholistic management of complex IT outsourcing in accordance withlegal and regulatory requirements as well as in the technicalmanagement of highly diverse teams.
• You arevery familiar with IT governance, contract, financial and servicemanagement as well as the current process standards and have astrong knowledge of the design and implementation of controlmechanisms.
• Security and regulatoryrequirements in the German banking sector are just as familiar toyou as the application of agile project management methods.
• You also have a confident manner combinedwith negotiating skills and assertiveness. We expect you to have avery good command of German.
