We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team, playing a pivotal role in driving our IT recruitment initiatives.

As a Recruitment Consultant specializing in IT, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from client engagement to candidate placement.

Leveraging your expertise in IT recruitment, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and source, assess, and place high-caliber candidates to meet their staffing needs.

Utilize your sales experience to generate new business opportunities, helping in business growth.
Utilize various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify and attract top IT talent.

End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Share insights with clients and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies that align with industry best practices.
Track and report on key performance indicators, such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction, to optimize recruitment processes.

3-9 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
~ Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets and objectives.
~ Demonstrated success in Lead Generation / Business Development within the recruitment industry.
