    Full time (09:30-17:30 Monday-Friday with an early finish Friday)

    North London (office-based role)

    Connect Management is one of the fastest-growing Talent Agencies in the UK, we are now recruiting for our rapidly growing Influencer Marketing Agency team, looking for an Account Executive.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Creator discovery
    End-to-end support of influencer and social campaigns, including, influencer outreach, negotiation, onboarding and supporting post-campaign analysis as and when needed
    Execution of support on multiple campaigns simultaneously, liaising with your campaign teams to support where needed.
    Responsible for taking meeting notes and sharing them with the rest of the team
    Content reviewing and sharing feedback with creators/talent agencies
    Campaign analytics such as collecting creator insights and inputting for reporting purposes
    Ensuring all the above is delivered on time and to the highest quality possible
    Creating strong relationships with talent agencies


    MUST HAVES
    Minimum 1 year's experience in social media (brand or agency) or in a similar agency environment (e.g. PR, creative, digital)
    Affinity with social and digital marketing, with good knowledge of influencer marketing and social media platforms
    Solid understanding of Influencer Marketing and Social Metrics (Impressions / Reach / Engagements)
    Excellent communication, written and numerical skills
    Strong project management, highly organised, ambitious and have excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects
    Self-motivated, action-oriented and ambitious with a positive 'can-do' attitude
    A strong personality who can work both autonomously and as part of a growing team
    Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and who wants to take on additional responsibilities and grow with the company
    Demonstrable experience delegating and prioritising an ever-changing workload.
    Understanding of platforms such as Captiv8 and TTCM
