    Description

    Liberte Healthcare are recruiting a Deputy Manager for a Children's Residential Home to support children and young people who experience social and emotional challenges and those at risk of CSE.

    The services are based in Chester.

    This is a very rewarding role, the ideal candidate will have previous experience working with young people.

    Responsibilties for the role:

    Complete staffing rotas, ensuring they meet requirements of the children`s

    needs and are in line with allocated staffing ratio's.

    Support the team to ensure that the high standards expected in the delivery of

    care are upheld, and that the standing of the Company is maintained. `

    Ensure the home is clean, tidy and well maintained, reporting any issues to

    senior management.

    Have oversight of the maintenance of the home and ensure the team maintain

    high standards of cleanliness.

    Have oversight of cleaning rota and handover to ensure that tasks are being

    completed on a daily basis.

    Support the team to deliver high quality care and ensure this is monitored

    throughout the day.

    Requirements for role:

    Must have a minimum of 6 months experience working with children and young people

    Must have an Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to complete a DBS check

    Level 3 certificate

    Must be willing to complete our training or hold relevant, in date care certificates

    -Must have a valid Drivers Licence.
