We are partnered with one of the UK's leading property platforms who have million of customers visit and use their website every month, and they are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join their team

Your primary focus will be to build next generation data platform and pipelines, and inspire best practice for data across the business.

Your first challenge will be to join the team responsible for building and reimagining the company's core valuation models.
You will be building out the core data platform on Databricks (writing terraform, deploying infrastructure).

You will be replatforming some of the companies core datasets migrating them from SQL Server to the Databricks platform.

You will be supporting the Data Scientists in improving models by ensuring access to data and supporting in the deployment of models to production.

Strong programming skills with Python, Spark & SQL.
Experience in the Cloud, preferably AWS but GCP or Azure is fine.
Experience with Data platform solutions: ideally Databricks, or Snowflake.
Docker (ECS/Kubernetes) & Orchestration tools (AWS Step Functions, Airflow, Dagster).
