Page Personnel are currently partnering with a leading legal business, based in Liverpool City Centre, who are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsiblefor managing the end to end recruitment process for a high volume of roles.

Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for:

Managing the end to end recruitment process
Writing and posting job advertisements on a variety of platforms including job boards and social media
Ensuring all trackers and systems are accurate and up to date
Scheduling interviews and assessment days, assisting when necessary
Managing the onboarding process, including all new starter checks
Assisting in the induction process
Reviewing and developing the recruitment process, making recommendations for positive change where appropriate
Assisting in any relevant project work
Any other ad hoc duties as required

Profile

The successful Talent Acquisition Coordinator will have:

A proven track record within a similar role
A solid understanding of recruitment related employment law and legislation
A knowledge of pre employment checks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
A keen eye for detail

Job Offer

Generous salary of up to £27,000
Working Hours 95:30 Monday to Thursday, 95 Fridays (flexible working considered)
