Page Personnel are currently partnering with a leading legal business, based in Liverpool City Centre, who are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsiblefor managing the end to end recruitment process for a high volume of roles.

Description
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Managing the end to end recruitment process
- Writing and posting job advertisements on a variety of platforms including job boards and social media
- Ensuring all trackers and systems are accurate and up to date
- Scheduling interviews and assessment days, assisting when necessary
- Managing the onboarding process, including all new starter checks
- Assisting in the induction process
- Reviewing and developing the recruitment process, making recommendations for positive change where appropriate
- Assisting in any relevant project work
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
Profile
The successful Talent Acquisition Coordinator will have:
- A proven track record within a similar role
- A solid understanding of recruitment related employment law and legislation
- A knowledge of pre employment checks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- A keen eye for detail
Job Offer
- Generous salary of up to £27,000
- Working Hours 95:30 Monday to Thursday, 95 Fridays (flexible working considered)
