Page Personnel are currently partnering with a leading legal business, based in Liverpool City Centre, who are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsiblefor managing the end to end recruitment process for a high volume of roles.

Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Managing the end to end recruitment process
  • Writing and posting job advertisements on a variety of platforms including job boards and social media
  • Ensuring all trackers and systems are accurate and up to date
  • Scheduling interviews and assessment days, assisting when necessary
  • Managing the onboarding process, including all new starter checks
  • Assisting in the induction process
  • Reviewing and developing the recruitment process, making recommendations for positive change where appropriate
  • Assisting in any relevant project work
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

Profile

The successful Talent Acquisition Coordinator will have:

  • A proven track record within a similar role
  • A solid understanding of recruitment related employment law and legislation
  • A knowledge of pre employment checks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • A keen eye for detail

Job Offer

  • Generous salary of up to £27,000
  • Working Hours 95:30 Monday to Thursday, 95 Fridays (flexible working considered)
