Techniche Global are supporting an engineering defence contractor to appoint a Senior Group Reporting Accountant. You will focus on two large and complex disposals to ensure appropriate financial reporting in the Group Annual report.

Rate:
£400pd UMB or £302.18pd PAYE

Location:
Based at Wigmore St - 50/50 Hybrid

Duration: 6 months

Key responsibilities:

Focus on delivering and reviewing a new group reporting pack, and challenging sector colleagues and other Group Finance colleagues to resolve issues.
Taking on specific year end reporting areas to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
Review group adjustments inc. pensions & goodwill.

Key requirements:

Must be a UK national and available within 1 week.
Must be a Chartered Accountant.
Group reporting in industry experience; with complexity inc. multiple currencies / GAAP / minority interest / JVs etc.
Disposal experience and statutory reporting.
Practice background.
Preferable SAP BPC experience but not essential.
