Baby Stuff Braintree is a small charity run by volunteers. We support local families with pre-loved clothing and essential equipment. We are open on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
Baby Stuff Braintree is looking for someone to fill the role of Chairperson.
The role would include but not be limited to

• Chairing of meetings (approx 4-6 a year )
• Helping the committee run as a team
• Ensure the charity is well run and meets the purpose for which it has been set up
• Have an interest in the charity's services and success
• Be an ambassador for Baby Stuff and maintain and develop external contacts and organisations

The applicant will require a DBS check which Baby Stuff Braintree will facilitate.

We can also offer 1 session a month hands-on helping out at a donation/sorting session or helping run the drop in sessions, where families come to seek assistance.

Skills
Past Trustee experience helpful but not essential.
Past experience working or volunteering with families.
