Daily duties of the Housing Enforcement Officer consist of:
Improving Housing Standards within the private sector propertiesResponding to service requests in regard to disrepair and poor housing conditions within the private rented propertiesServing legal notices and preparing schedule of works when necessaryConducting inspections and identifying the nature and cause of defects and to recommend appropriate remedial measures Essential requirements of the

Housing Enforcement Officer:

Experienced in undertaking housing inspections using HHSRS and identifying defects and determine effective remediation measuresPreviously prepared statutory notices and schedules of workQualification in Environmental Health, HNC Construction or equivalentCertificate of competence in applying HHSRS If you or somebody you know has the requirements for the role and are looking for an immediate start, please email me at or call me on (phone number removed).
