Job Title:
Purchase Ledger Supervisor


  • Salary: £25,000
  • Location: Swinton
  • Working Hours: Flexible with Hybrid working
Agility is delighted to be working with one of the UK's fastest-growing companies. They are a modern, luxury and captivating restaurant brand. They are looking for an enthusiastic Purchase Ledger to join their team of 4 in their Swinton office.


They have a relaxed, hardworking environment and are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and make the job role their own.


What you will be doing:

  • Complete bank and cash reconciliations and ensure all queries are actioned accordingly within the correct timescales.
  • Receive, sort and process all Accounts Payable invoices, credit notes, payments, statements, company credit cards, etc
  • Ensure accuracy in the coding of expenses/invoices
  • Preparing payment schedules & deal with supplier queries
  • Maintain organised files of all account records
  • Weekly Sales reconciliations
  • Gross Profit reconciliations
  • Assist in the preparation of management accounts
  • Assist the Management Accountant during yearend and annual financial audit
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Management Accountant on an AdHoc basis

About you:

  • Highly numerate and have good attention to detail
  • Able to work efficiently as part of a team as well as individually
  • Have sound purchase ledger/accounts experience.
  • Good Microsoft Skills
