**HR Project Lead
Until end of March 2023
Remote with 1 day per week in Farnborough**
Purpose of Role


The HR Project Lead will play an integral role in the delivery of the HR requirements associated with the identified major project.


Reporting to the HR Director, Group Functions and working closely with the relevant HR Business Partner(s), the role will blend management of HR processes in line with best practice, legal requirements and clients related policies with a sound, project managementexpertise.


Key Relationships
HR Director, Group Functions with close working relationship with Group Functions and other HRBPs/ HR Operations Leads. Project team leads and members. Functional management stakeholders as required. Employee Representative Body (GEV).


Key Accountabilities
Manage all HR aspects of the identified project, end-to-end, providing both hands on and advisory support and guidance

Ensure appropriate and professional HR advice, in line with legal requirements and clients associated policies, is provided to the project team at all times

Review of Project Risks, designing mitigations to the risks and escalating accordingly

Provision of timely, up-to-date and relevant legal and due diligence information and advice and ensure this is acted upon as required

Support and guide project team and managers during all/any employee consultation processes as and when required, ensuring appropriate engagement of all necessary stakeholders

Working collaboratively with the project team, HR key contacts, GEV and key stakeholders


Essential Personal/Professional Qualities
Excellent knowledge of current UK employment legislation and extensive ER/TUPE experience

Experience in change management/facilitating change

An eye for detail with the ability to manage up, down and across the organisation, with excellent stakeholder management skills

Strong collaboration and forward thinking skills with a pragmatic and "can do" approach

Open and engaging with strong communication skills

Ability to work on own initiative, under pressure, whilst managing time effectively to ensure HR project milestones are met
