ESG Reporting Specialist

Hybrid Working - Stoneleigh, Warwickshire

Job Summary


You will be part of an international team that drives our global sustainability strategy, ensuring that we keep ahead of rapidly evolving expectations, disclosures, and regulations.

You will work collaboratively across the business and with external stakeholders to develop responses to key global ESG disclosures, reports, ratings and rankings.


Your Input:


  • Monitor current and emerging global and regional ESG trends, regulations and frameworks to advance disclosure
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and advise the impact and applicability of new ESG regulations and frameworks
  • Develop responses to key ESG and sustainability disclosures (eg: CDP, DJSI)
  • Contribute to developing ESG and sustainability reporting methodologies and optimizing internal processes
  • Manage, update and communicate with key ratings and ranking indices, collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare rating updates, presentations and communications about key rating performance
  • Assist with development and quality assurance of internal and external communications, publications, and presentations on ESG topics, disclosures

Your Skills:


  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Accounting, Economics or other relevant degree
  • Proven relevant experience in sustainability, corporate ESG or CSR reporting, corporate ESG rating, climate risk assessment
  • Familiarity with TCFD, CDP, DJSI is an advantage
  • German, French, Portuguese are advantage

  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Be an excellent communicator, have effective interpersonal and team working skills
  • The ability to both take direction and be selfmotivated to work independently
  • Work with other business departments and external stakeholders to build and maintain cohesive working relationships
