Page Personnel are currently recruiting a Project Manager on behalf of their established client based in Wakefield.

The main focus of this role will be to oversee projects, contribute to the company's growth and help our client maintain their position asan industry leader.


Client Details
My client have grown into one of the UK's leading suppliers of signage, decoration programmes and bespoke cleaning services. They have been operating for over 30 years, on a national basis. Due to recent growth, they are looking to recruit a Project Managerbased predominantly at their Wakefield HQ.


Description
The key duties of the Project Manager will include:

  • Lead projects from start to finish, from initial contact through to successful completion including planning, scheduling and implementation.
  • Ensure all required paperwork and permits are in place for projects; such as speaking to councils, reviewing asbestos records and implementing H&S documentation
  • Plan/schedule works with operatives and ensure all staff are given clear instructions based on the project requirements.
  • Analyse project progression and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines and costs to ensure the company adheres to the clients requirements.
  • Be the first point of contact for the projects ensuring all client and operative queries are answered in a timely manner
  • Travel to sites as and when required for meetings and audits
  • Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing daytoday contact on project status and changes
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as neededescalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.

Profile

The successful Project Manager will have/ be:

  • Highly organised
  • UK Driving Licence
  • Excellent written and spoken communication with the ability to deal with high level stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management/prioritisation skills with proven ability to problem solve and deliver projects on time.
  • Previous Project Management experience

Job Offer
