Recruitment Consultant
£25,000 - £30,000 (Dependent on Experience) + Commission
Portsmouth
Here at V3 Recruitment, we are seeking an exceptional, driven, experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing business.
As a Recruitment Consultant your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client accounts
- new business Sales calls

  • Filling temporary, contract, and permanent vacancies
  • Working towards targets and KPIs
  • Driving the business
  • Advertising jobs and dealing with related admin duties

Experience and skills required:

  • Recruitment and Sales experience
  • Proven successful track record of winning new business and filling vacancies
  • Ability to build professional relationships
  • Ability to exceed targets and expectations
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and go the extra mile
  • Full UK drivers license and own car
