Our client, a highly successful, multi-branch estate agency is looking for a Sales Valuer to join their team in Rainham.

This role is perfect for someone looking to join a company that offers structured career progression.

Working Hours:

You'll be required to work 5 days per week as a Sales Valuer.

The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:

£22,000 basic salary

- £35,000 - £40,000 OTE

Car allowance
33 days paid holiday

To be considered for the Sales Valuer role, you must have the following attributes:

Highly self-motivated and confident
Previous property experience
Strong attention to detail
Outstanding customer service and rapportbuilding skills
Good knowledge of Rainham and the surrounding areas (beneficial)

As a Sales Valuer, your role will involve:

Successfully listing a targeted number of properties
Arranging and carrying out market appraisals
Building relationships with new clients and nurturing existing ones
Driving business forward and hitting targets
